We inspect and collect within 7 days of your request, then start your refund the same day it's picked up.

No packaging to keep
You don't need to hold on to the original carton or compress the mattress back into it. We send fresh packing material when we come to collect it — you just zip it up, and we take it from there.
How refunds work
However you paid — card, UPI or any other method — that's how you're refunded once the mattress is back with us. If your order was Cash on Delivery, we'll ask for your bank details to send the refund through. Pickup and inspection happen within 7 days of your request, and the refund starts right after; banks typically take 7–10 days to show it in your account.

When does my 100-night trial start?
From the day your mattress is delivered — even if you'd asked for a delayed delivery date, the count still starts from the actual delivery day.
Do I need to keep the box it arrived in?
No. We bring fresh packing material at pickup. All you need to do is zip the mattress into it.
What if I paid by Cash on Delivery?
We'll ask you for your bank account details so the refund can be transferred directly, since there's no original payment method to reverse.
Can I return a custom-size mattress?
No. Custom-size mattresses are made to your specific order and can't be returned or replaced under this trial, regardless of the reason.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
An incorrect size selection isn't treated as a trial return. It's always worth measuring your bed frame before placing the order.
How do I actually start a return?
Email returns@ashokafoam.com with your order ID and clear photographs of the mattress. We may need more proof if the images aren't sufficient.
