We offer a warranty of up to 11 years on all our mattresses. If a manufacturing defect arises within the first year of your purchase, we will replace the mattress completely free of cost after that it will be replaced as per pro rata.

Our warranty is designed to cover any defects in craftsmanship or materials. This includes:
- Undulations or an uneven surface on the mattress.
- Splits in the foam material (within the layers).
- Sagging, shrinkage, or deformity that is more than 1 inch deep.
- Any other manufacturing defects.
- Depression of springs.

What's not covered?
Our warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal use or misuse. This includes:
- General softening of the mattress over time.
- Sagging, shrinkage, or deformity that is less than 1 inch deep.
- Shrinkage or deformity of the mattress corners.
- Damage to the mattress corners caused by a tight bed sheet.
- Defects or issues with the outer cover, runner, or zipper, any wear & Tear.
- Comfort-related issues.

How do I claim?
Making a claim is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@ashokafoam.com with Order Id in Subject.
- Attach your purchase invoice and clear images of the defect.
- We will connect you within 24 Hours and provide resolution as per the issue if Found.
