We accept returns on mattresses * within 100 days of purchase. Contact customer service with your receipt and/or Order ID number to return. Please refer to theTrial Page for more information on returnable products.

If you are filing a claim under the specific warranty for your product, contact customer service. You will need a copy of your receipt and/or Order ID number. We may ask you to take photos and send photos of your product in order to process the claim.

Allow for 24-48 business hours for your items to ship. If for some reason some items cannot be shipped or will take longer we will notify you and/or issue a refund.

Surprisingly, it doesn't cost a lot of money to craft a comfortable mattress with high-quality raw materials! Usually, the mattresses you receive are priced higher due to brand spends being passed on, retail commissions, sales commissions and wholesalers’ profits. Our mattresses are cheaper compared to others in the market because we cut out the middlemen to sell good quality mattresses directly to our customers at fair and honest prices. Also, unlike others, all raw materials relating to mattresses are manufactured in house.

The 100-night trial is offered exclusively on our mattresses, with the exception of the tri-folding mattress. We do not offer a trial period on our accessories. However, we're confident you'll love them as they are crafted with the same commitment to quality and comfort as our mattresses.

We offer up to 20 Years warranty on our products, and the same is replaceable on a free-of-cost basis if any manufacturing defect arises within 1 Year. After 1 Year, the same is calculated on pro rata basis. Please click on Warranty Page for more understanding.

Usually, this doesn’t happen. But in case you have received a defective part, please drop an email to us at returns@ashokafoam.com within 24 hours and attach the pictures of the damaged part. We will ship you the replacement for it immediately.

For convenient and safe delivery, all of our foam and latex mattresses are compressed and delivered in a roll-packed box. Other mattress types are delivered flat-packed to preserve their original structure.

Yes, all our products are totally safe for adults, children and even infants. The foam used in our products is sourced after rigorous research and is tested by an independent third-party foam certifier, to check the cleanliness and safety, ensuring that it is free from known harmful chemicals and gases.

To order a custom-sized mattress for your bed, visit the product page of the mattress you would like to purchase. Click on Custom Tab under Size and put the desired size and click on UPDATE PRICE. The price will come. You can also email us onorders@ashokafoam.com incase of any further queries.

Springtek mattresses can support a person weighing up to 250kg on each side. So, for a double bed/two sleeper mattress, the weight capacity will be up to 500kg.

No! We do not recommend folding the mattress once in use.

Springtek mattresses can be used on all foundations & frames.

Springtek is the product of Ashoka Foam Group which is one of the oldest mattress manufacturers in India having an experience of more than 40 Years.

We have approximately 850 – 950 springs depending upon the mattress and foam encasement used.

Once expanded, give the mattress about 30 minutes and it should be ready for sleep. It may take several days, however, to recover from its compressed packaged state.

Most of our mattresses are designed for single-sided use, so you should not flip them. There are a few exceptions, such as our Dual Comfort Reversible Mattress, which is designed to be used on both sides. For the best care, please always check the product description for specific instructions.

We recommended that mattress will be open as soon as received with you, but if you don't want to open the mattress at the time of delivery we suggest you to open the mattress with in 15-30 Days to gain its proper shape.
