Worst experience

Hi team ,I have faced worst experience with springtek customer support. LOCK option was not working properly from the day 1 and I have reported this multiple times.No action taken and despite they have not send anyone to do the quality checks. The experience is very bad.There is no escalation process and no one cares...Do not buy with the springtek.My order number is ST1169

Technical Fault

For tightning the Wheel Base they provided nuts & bolts, but not provided the tool for Full Tightness, due to hand tighting, the nut get loose and fell down. Secondly, the Hinges provided to lock the Folded Bed & Frame, it is Very Close to the Frame, find difficult to remove and lock the hinges. They should provided atleast 6mm gap for locking & Open the hinges.
Thirdly The Head & Foot side Stand, they provide PVC Holder havng less than 1mm thick, which gets tear & fell down at the time using. Fourth point, they given 7 inches bed or normal coir one but Not Ortho or Spring & Foam bed, due to that back pain problem raising. These 4 four points they should look and take care.

The coat is strong except the bars which support the legs

The coat is strong except the bars which support the legs. They are of poor gage. There is rust at the hinges too. The delivery was quite bad. The agency made me to reach them.Theyalso charged me for the transport to my house.
