• You are giving up your right to have a trail by jury
• You are giving up your right to serve as a representative, as a private attorney general, or if any other representative capacity, or to participate as a member of a class of claimants, in any lawsuit involving any such dispute; and

By availing the EMI Offer, you are agreeing to and accept the terms and conditions set out herein:

• The EMI Offer is being offered uniformly, on all the products listed on the Springtek Website. The EMI Offer does not amount to a waiver by any bank or financial institution on the interest component of the equated monthly instalments being paid by you.
